Leonard is a business owner at Lightwork, a UK based PropTech firm. Within the finance industry he was a Fund Manager responsible for the Melchior European Hedge Fund at Dalton, a London based billion dollar hedge fund. He started his career in Fund Management at GLG in 2003, having previously spent 5 years at Goldman Sachs in London as an equity trader. He holds a Bsc in Management Science from UMIST

Mark Shipman

He has overseen more than £20 billion in UK commercial property deals, including iconic assets such as Centre Point, the Burlington Arcade and the Millennium Dome.
Now a senior partner at Metrus, he has played a key role in expanding its portfolio from £300 million to over £5 billion. Mark also dedicates his time to philanthropy as a board member of Rays of Sunshine, a charity supporting seriously ill children.
