Our Non-Profit Ethos

Since 1987 the Club has remained true to its non-profit ethos, ensuring that all surplus income is directed toward charitable causes. This is a founding principle that continues to define our purpose.

Here are just a few of the initiatives and organisations we are proud to support.

Our charitable giving spans a wide range of causes close to our members’ hearts.

    Legend on the Bench

    June 2024

The Property Professionals Breakfast Club is proud to support the installation of two Suicide Prevention Benches in Regents Park, offering a place of comfort and 24/7 access to crisis support. One bench was installed in memory of Nathan Lant, a young gardener who tragically took his own life, while the other, donated by Club members Rob Soltanie and Richard Carlowe, bears the message: “Save One Life Save the Entire World.”

These benches are part of a nationwide initiative to ensure no one suffers in silence. By creating visible, accessible points of support in public spaces, the Club reaffirms its commitment to mental health and community care..

    The Marketing Academy Foundation

    September 2024

The Property Professionals Breakfast Club is proud to support The Marketing Academy Foundation with a £1,500 donation, helping to create meaningful career starts for talented young adults from challenging backgrounds.

The Foundation provides access to paid apprenticeships, internships, and workshops that equip young people with the skills, confidence, and support they need to thrive in the marketing and advertising industries. By connecting employers with passionate, driven individuals who may otherwise struggle to break into the sector, they’re helping reshape the future of the industry.

We’re delighted to play a small part in this important mission and to support a program that’s not just about jobs, but about unlocking potential and expanding opportunity.

UP - The Adult Cerebral Palsy Movement

    November 2023 & September 2025

The Property Professionals Breakfast Club is proud to support Up, The Adult Cerebral Palsy Movement, a charity dedicated to improving the lives of adults living with Cerebral Palsy across the UK.

Although Cerebral Palsy is a lifelong condition, support services often drop off entirely when individuals reach adulthood , leaving over 130,000 adults without the care and coordination they need. Up is working to change that.

Through campaigning, education, and community-building, Up raises awareness among healthcare professionals, policymakers, and the public. It empowers adults with CP to connect, advocate for their needs, and live with dignity and independence.

Our £3,000 donation in 2023 helps support this essential mission and the push for long-overdue change.

An additional £3,000 in 2025 has paid for online support for a year .

  • Rumble With The Agents

    March 2023

The Property Professionals Breakfast Club is proud to support Rumble With The Agents, an annual white-collar boxing event where members of the property industry step into the ring for a good cause. In March 2023, we contributed £1,700 by purchasing a table for the 22nd June event, which raised over £15,000 for Gratitude, a food bank based in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire.

Gratitude fights food waste and hunger by rescuing surplus food and redistributing it through community pantries, free meals, and local charities, supporting vulnerable people while promoting sustainability and inclusion.

We were proud to be part of a high-energy evening that united the property world for fitness, fun, and impact.
