We are pleased to welcome Mark Shipman, a founding partner of Michael Elliot & Co and one of London’s foremost real estate investment advisors with over 40 years of experience.

Mark has advised on the acquisition and disposal of over £20 billion in UK commercial property, including landmark Central London buildings such as the Millennium Dome, Centre Point, and the Burlington Arcade. His expertise extends to strategic loan workouts for major financial institutions including Nippon Credit Bank, Swedbank, and the Royal Bank of Scotland.

As a senior partner of Metrus, Mark has helped grow their portfolio from £300 million in 2001 to more than £5 billion today.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mark is a committed philanthropist and serves on the board of Rays of Sunshine, a UK charity dedicated to brightening the lives of seriously ill children and their families.
