The Club.

The Property Professionals Breakfast Club was founded in 1987 by Steven Parnes and Harvey Selby with a clear purpose: to establish a regular social venue for Property Professionals, Developers, Investors, Dealers, Agents, Solicitors, Surveyors, Accountants, Bankers and other professionals invloved with the property industry.

Each meeting begins with breakfast, followed by a speaker, a key figure from across the property sector, offering insight, substance and a perspective worth hearing.

Tradition Continues.

Nearly four decades on, the tradition continues.

Now guided by Richard Carlowe and Rob Soltanie, the Club brings together over 150 members from across the sector.

Alongside the monthly events, members have access to a private WhatsApp group, a space to share opportunities, requirements and to stay in touch throughout the year.

The Club meets 11 times annually. The spirit remains unchanged.

Giving Back

Since its founding, the Club has charged a modest membership subscription, generating surplus funds that are directed to charitable causes, a founding principle that continues to guide us.

Members are also encouraged to make voluntary contributions when conducting business within the network, a longstanding tradition that transforms professional exchange into meaningful support.

We have donated over £105,000 since March 2018.
