Jace Tyrrell One of the most experienced figures in urban regeneration and precinct development, with a career spanning over 25 years across the UK and Australia. He currently serves as CEO of Opportunity London, a public-private partnership with the mission of securing the next £100 billion of capital investment into the city.
Before taking up his current role, Jace was CEO of the New West End Company, where he represented businesses across London’s West End and Mayfair. He also played a key role in launching Australia’s first Business Improvement District (BID) in Sydney’s Western Harbour. His leadership across global BIDs has earned him the distinction of holding the world record in this field.
Jace has successfully advocated for billions in capital investment, secured millions in public and private funding, and consistently championed collaboration between business, government, and local communities. He brings deep expertise in real estate, retail, leisure, and sustainability — and is passionate about shaping purpose-driven, future-ready cities.
