Since 2019, Tim has served as Editor of Estates Gazette, overseeing its editorial direction during a pivotal period that included its acquisition by the Mark Allen Group in February 2025. He spearheaded the successful relaunch of the magazine earlier this year, reinforcing its reputation as an authoritative source for the UK property sector.
